In this demo, I use the Gemini CLI to interact with a database and generate a fully functional Tableau Prep (.tfl) file.
By leveraging the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the agent understands the schema and translates natural language requests—such as specific joins, filters, and aggregations—directly into a structured flow file. This eliminates manual setup for routine data cleaning tasks and allows for "Chat-to-ETL" capabilities.
